A São Paulo court has ratified the out-of-court restructuring plan of Raizen, the Brazilian energy joint venture between Cosan and Shell. The plan, involving R$61.4 billion (~US$11.4 billion), was backed by 81.6% of creditors and paves the way for a debt-to-equity swap and a capital injection.
